This loft conversion called for wide views over the green outskirts of London and simple and honest materials for its interior. The wide sliding doors give a wonderful sense of openness and lovely views of the nearby countryside. Inside we have left some of the materials exposed to show the true fabric of the building, and pairing it with plain white surfaces that form a seamless background. The property owners were looking at extending the loft to create a space for them not only to sleep, but to have the flexibility to work from home when needed. With a spacious ensuite and separate dressing room tucked under the eaves, not a square foot has been left unplanned.
