This unassuming terraced house, located on a quiet road in Tottenham, had been extended by the previous owners to create an HMO, and as such, was a dull property not showing any particular quality. But our clients had a clear vision of how they wanted to transform it into a home full of character. The top floor was completely overhauled to create a large family bathroom, a dressing room and a small study, and locate the main bedroom at the rear of the property.

Within a small budget, two entire floors of the house have been completely remodelled and enriched with period features and wall panelling.

Stage 2 of the project will be extending and renovating the ground floor and basement.
