A small ground floor flat conversion was in need of some extra space for the young family that owns it.

With a wonderfully deep rear garden, there was space to create both a rear extension and a new garden studio.

The extension added a bright new living area which opens completely to the rear garden, while the studio provides a great flexible space for working from home.
