When our clients acquired this two storey mid terraced house, it was in need of a complete renovation. To suit the needs of the family, the early 1900s Arts and Crafts house, needed a complete restyle, a new layout and some much needed additional space.  The project was staged to enable the owners to stay in the property during the works and to suit their budget. We made the most of the small property converting the existing attic space into the new family room with bathroom, despite not being able to extend the roof space due to Conservation restrictions; and completely rearranging the first floor layout to fit a study, playroom and a guest room with bathroom. The original timber features of the house have been given back life and the original bricks of the party wall have been exposed to add texture to the otherwise minimalist finishes.
